Although all fruits are healthy, some are consumed only during the season. Find out which fruit is full of nutrients, and is available throughout the year.

Frozen raspberries

Studies have shown that lower the risk of stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, obesity, diabetes, and that contain large amounts of antioxidants.

Apples 

If consumed at least once a day, apples decrease the risk of kidney cancer, colon, ovary and breast.

Don’t forget to eat the skin, too it’s especially rich in disease-fighting compounds like flavonoids, which reduce the risk of heart disease.

Oranges & Grapefruit

Full of fiber, vitamin C and are a great ally against inflammation. 

Although oranges are a great source of vitamin C, grapefruits pack a bigger punch. Just half of a grapefruit contains nearly 50 percent of your daily vitamin C, as well as high levels of fiber, potassium, and vitamin A. Studies have suggested that grapefruit can alleviate the symptoms of arthritis and repair damaged or oily skin and hair. It’s little wonder that this delicious fruit is no longer just a breakfast staple.

Lemon

A very soothing effect on the body. Lemon is full of electrolytes, so it is very useful to drink lemonate before and after exercise.
Dried apricots –

is extremely rich in nutrients, especially vitamin A, which protects the eyes and reproductive organs and boosts immunity. Excellent agree with many groceries as cereals and dairy products, and a great alternative to dessert.

Bananas
